Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings and appointments as needed.
- Office Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure that all office supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to our members and guests, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with our staff and management team to ensure that all needs are met.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced office environment.
