We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Sioux Lookout Golf and Curling Club. As an Office Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff. You will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met. Additionally, you will co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. You will assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, monitoring and evaluating, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures. Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in this field of employment
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
