Job Title: Creative Director, Art/Design

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Media.Monks. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading our creative team in developing innovative and effective campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for client campaigns
  • Lead and mentor a team of creatives to ensure high-quality work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Present and pitch creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director in a digital agency or media company
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective campaigns
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English (for presentation and communication skills)
