Job Title: Creative Director, Art/Design

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Media.Monks. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading our creative team in developing innovative and effective campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Lead and mentor a team of creatives to ensure high-quality work and consistent results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative offerings
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in English (for presentation and communication skills)
