Job Title: Creative Director, Art/Design

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Media.Monks. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and strategy for our clients, developing innovative and effective campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Lead a team of creatives to produce high-quality work that is on-brand and on-strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative output
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director in a digital media agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective creative work
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
