Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing education and support on program services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate patient services and ensure timely access to therapy.
  • Manage patient prescriptions, including initial and renewal coordination.
  • Interact with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to provide optimal reimbursement support.
  • Adhere to performance standards and procedures required by the program.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, particularly for the province of Quebec.
  • Experience in a customer service setting, with a focus on healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to change and ambiguity, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
