We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Process Improvement Trainee. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to review and update our operational processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sector managers to review and refine operational processes
  • Draft and modify existing operational processes to improve efficiency
  • Work with the team to review and update the quality manual
  • Analyze and modify the organization's document management method as needed
