Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bansal Finance & Consulting Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and ensure the office is organized and clutter-free.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, accurate, client focus, and reliability.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
