About the Role:

Traffic Tech is a leading logistics partner to international brands, offering progressive solutions for moving freight by land, sea, and air. We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our Hamilton office in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Warehouse team, including responding to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Assist with sourcing new vendor partnerships and ensuring company documents are sent and returned signed.
  • Perform general administrative work via phone and email, including building and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
  • Communicate with internal account managers to support new client opportunities and needs.
  • Facilitate short-term projects, including the arrival and departure of goods within distribution facilities.
  • Log and process internal billing records, maintain vendor lists, and prepare customer pricing documents.
  • Coordinate transportation details and advise on delays or problems.

Requirements:

  • Out-of-the-box thinker with analytical approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in 4PL and warehousing.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good people skills and ability to develop effective working relationships.
