Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accounting Advisor to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Financial Accounting - Banking Products sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information related to banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an expert on accounting for savings and credit products, particularly for the Commercial Banking sector
  • Control the quality and integrity of balance sheet and results data linked to banking products
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of tools and work processes
  • Make recommendations to optimize accounting treatments and financial information quality
  • Ensure accounting operations comply with standards and policies
  • Analyze and interpret financial data, investigate variances, and make necessary corrections
  • Participate in projects integrating new products or activities

About the Team

You will be part of a team of 6 colleagues in the Financial Accounting - Banking Products sector. Our mission is to ensure accurate accounting for banking products, oversee financial information integrity, and support Commercial Banking business lines in calculating and reporting results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field plus 7 years of relevant experience or a master's degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience
  • CPA designation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of the SAP environment
  • Leadership, independence, strong work ethic, and curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
