Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless coordination of shipments.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements to enhance our logistics operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor to support the success of our team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in transportation management or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to learn and operate multiple transportation management systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. You will also be required to use your hands to handle and move objects, and to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
