Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job SummaryThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, supplies, and materials between departments and locations. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers
- Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
- Track and complete work orders
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Maintain work records and logs
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
