Job Description

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Developer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, development, and execution phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Automated Test Scripts: Create and maintain automated test scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Lead Accessibility Testing Efforts: Plan, coordinate, and execute accessibility testing for web applications.
  • Manage Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy, incorporating both automation initiatives using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and manual testing techniques.
  • Coordinate Test Activities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate test activities within the team, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Monitor and Report Progress: Monitor and report on the progress of test execution, providing insights for process improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance engineering.
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Proven experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in the full testing life cycle.
    • Ability to manage both manual and automated testing strategies.
    • Proficiency in BDD and automation script development.
Benefits
  • Work onsite in Montreal, Canada up to 3 days a week collaborating with the team.
  • Work hours are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
