We're looking for a highly skilled AI Trainer - Earth Sciences to join our team at Alignerr. In this innovative role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of AI in Earth Sciences by training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of generated content, and advancing AI capabilities in this domain.

About the Position

This exciting opportunity offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to create your own working hours depending on project length. You'll have the autonomy to work independently, educating AI, solving complex problems, and conducting red teaming exercises. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base and designing tests to push the boundaries of the model's understanding.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Earth Sciences, directly improving the AI's accuracy and ability to apply its knowledge to real-world problems.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your expertise to provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Earth Sciences, teaching the AI how to reason through these problems effectively.
  • Red Teaming: Leverage your deep understanding of the field to identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, designing and conducting tests that push the boundaries of the model's understanding.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Enrolled in or have completed an Associates' degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Possess strong writing skills with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
  • Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
  • Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
