Store Operations Manager

FasGas is seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and transparent.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment, and that staff are able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail operations role.
- Personal Suitability: Creativity, hardworking, positive attitude, time management, excellent oral communication, and organized.
