Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise store staff, including recruiting, hiring, and conducting performance reviews.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our stores, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Work Environment: Ensure that our stores are well-maintained and that our staff are working in a safe and healthy environment.
- Education: A college or CEGEP diploma is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail operations role is required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
