Store Operations Manager

FasGas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality service.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Inventory Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by managing staff and implementing policies to meet customer needs.
- Performance Metrics: Evaluate daily operations, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English (fluency required).
