Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 0943104 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
- Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to achieve business objectives, aligning with company goals and strategies.
- Team Management: Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Merchandise Management: Implement price and credits policies, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring optimal inventory levels and stock management.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conducting performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, providing timely and effective solutions.
