About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 0943104 B.C. Ltd. as part of our operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks and goals.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective use of resources and skills.
    • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Merchandise and Marketing
    • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet customer demands.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
