Executive Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Support Professional to join our team at Golden Bins Ltd. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail environment. A secondary school graduation certificate and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for senior management staff
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients after sales
Work Environment:
This role requires working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail setting. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
