Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Landscaping Project Lead to manage and oversee various landscaping projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design and project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    Lead and manage landscaping projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
    Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
    Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project, from initial design to final installation and maintenance.
  2. Team Leadership:
    Supervise and coordinate the work of landscape crews and subcontractors.
    Provide direction and support to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
    Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress and address any issues.
  3. Design and Planning:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for each project.
    Develop and review landscape design plans, ensuring they meet client expectations and project specifications.
    Prepare and present design proposals, including visual aids and cost estimates.
  4. Client Interaction:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
    Address client inquiries, concerns, and changes in project scope promptly and professionally.
    Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and maintaining effective communication.
  5. Budget and Resource Management:
    Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within limits.
    Source and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as needed.
    Monitor project expenses and adjust as necessary to stay within budget.
  6. Quality Control and Safety:
    Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
    Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to project specifications.
    Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site.
  7. Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including progress reports, change orders, and inspection reports.
    Prepare and submit project documentation and final reports to clients and management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  2. Proven experience in landscape project management, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and horticulture.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  7. Proficiency in project management software and design tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Overtime pay
