Newergy Industries Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy and visually appealing environment.
  • Cut grass and perform other lawn maintenance tasks to ensure our outdoor spaces look their best.
  • Rake and collect refuse, removing litter and garbage to keep our areas clean and safe.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed to support our landscaping efforts.
  • Lay sod or seed to create lush, green areas that enhance our outdoor spaces.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure our team has the tools they need to succeed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on quality.
  • Be physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Work under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Be a team player, with a strong focus on dependability, flexibility, reliability, and hard work.
Requirements:
  • Will train, with a focus on developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
  • Permanent position, with a 30-40 hour workweek and a focus on work-life balance.
  • English language proficiency, with a focus on clear communication and teamwork.
