We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Shelburne, Nova Scotia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations.

Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide clinical services as appropriate to practicing top of scope in your province, including chronic health condition monitoring and management, medication reviews, health risk assessments, prescription renewals or modifications, minor ailments, and other prescribing services.
- Initiating care plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, following up and completing associated documentation as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide superior service and exceed patient expectations by acknowledging patients promptly and professionally with warmth, empathy, and compassion.
- Total Compensation Package: A competitive total compensation package that includes a salary range of $$125,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
