The Opportunity:

We are seeking talented and ambitious graduates to join our Finance Leadership Track Graduate Program, a three-year rotational development program designed to equip future leaders with expertise in Accounting, Controllership, Business Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis.

As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on experience in various finance roles, and build a strong network of peers and mentors.

Program Overview:

The program consists of two tracks: Accounting / Controllership and Business Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Each track includes three one-year rotations, providing a diverse and meaningful experience across different subfunctions within Finance.

Our program is designed to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, with a focus on developing the next generation of finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leadership skills and expertise in Accounting, Controllership, Business Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Gain hands-on experience in various finance roles, including Financial Reporting, Treasury, Internal Audit, Tax, and Business Finance
  • Build a strong network of peers and mentors, including Executive Sponsor and Program Manager support
  • Participate in customized learning and networking opportunities through organized events
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate students in their final year at University with a minimum of an overall B+ GPA
  • Commitment to pursuing their CPA designation for those candidates interested in the Accounting/Controllership track
  • Strong affiliation with Maple Leaf's Leadership Values
  • An intense curiosity to learn key areas of our finance and our business
  • Demonstrated desire to lead through work experiences, volunteer roles, community activities, or sports
