Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our Spring Living team as a Household Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to keep our facilities looking their best.
  • Make beds and change sheets in guest rooms to provide a comfortable experience for our residents.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests as needed.
  • Stock linen closets to ensure that we have a sufficient supply of linens.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to prevent clutter and odors.
  • Launder clothing and household linens to provide a clean and fresh environment.
  • Mend clothing and linens as needed to extend their lifespan.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Work Environment

As a Household Support Specialist with Spring Living, you will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • You must be available to work flexible hours, including shifts and on-call rotations.
  • You must be willing to relocate for this position if necessary.
  • You must have previous experience in a similar field or related industry.
  • You must have excellent oral communication skills and be able to interact with residents and colleagues effectively.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $40,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
