Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Store Supervisor to join our team at Chatime. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, manage stock levels, and ensure that products are properly stored and displayed.
  • Team Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and inventory management, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Language: English.
