Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Centennial Chevron. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
