Job Title: Food Service Operations Supervisor

About the Role:

At Saffron Hub, we are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Food Service Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our concession stands, ensuring that all food and service meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational demands
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain stock levels
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, food service)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment with varying work schedules
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
