Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at 2600247 Ontario Limited. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our department, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and providing guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery, and coordinate maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, and review their progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
