Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at NB Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Operations and Administration: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations, including front desk duties, room management, and maintenance.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel management software.
