About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced IT Services Leadership Expert to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Professional Services portfolio within the Western Canada region.


This is a broad-based role that requires strong technical insight, excellent pre-sales presence, and strong delivery skills. You will work closely with our Regional Sales Team, Enterprise Solutions teams, and Service Delivery teams to ensure full understanding of customer needs and develop integrated solutions.


As an IT Services Leadership Expert, your primary functions will include:



  • Leading and developing the Professional Services portfolio within the Western Canada region
  • Actively engaging and participating with clients in facilitated Professional Services opportunities within established and new targeted accounts
  • Defining the scope of business solutions by understanding customer issues and conceiving deliverables as part of a team
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of detailed systems solutions for clients using company products or proprietary tools/techniques
  • Planning and managing the delivery of large, complex, and diverse infrastructure solutions
  • Performing comprehensive cost/benefit analysis for complex solutions
  • Evaluating and assessing projects based upon size, complexity, percent of participation, and time frame
  • Providing leadership and direction on all aspects of system solutions that cross organizational and functional boundaries
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with Executives in targeted companies and participating in business development and strategic decisions
  • Directly managing Consulting personnel, controlling hiring and terminations as needed, providing training, coaching, and counseling to staff for continuous improvement
  • Reviewing completed proposals for integrity, quantification of risk, and alignment to strategic direction prior to presentation to customers

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with Project/Portfolio management certifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
  • An experienced leader with an extensive Professional Services Delivery background
  • A thorough understanding of account operations, P&L management, budget management, and program management methodologies
  • A broad base of IT Infrastructure knowledge and experience across industries

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (depending on experience)


Location: Calgary, AB
