About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA). As a key member of our Cement Operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage and oversee construction activities, including procurement, permitting, and environmental compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the heavy industry sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
