Job Summary

Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of construction projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and issues.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management is required.
  • Work Setting: Willingness to relocate is a must, and relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, overtime required, and physically demanding work.
