We are seeking a talented and motivated Flooring Salesperson/Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial attitude and approach to selling with strong communication, organizational and influence skills.

#### Essential Functions:

* Measuring/estimating skills relating to flooring and tile.
* Working knowledge of flooring and tile.
* Knowledge of design principles.
* Ability to visualize a finished project and convey the outcome to the client.
* Ability to provide exceptional product selection within a client's defined budget.

#### Sales Technique and Experience:

* Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented with a drive for success.
* Must possess strong sales skills including understanding and managing the sales process, from prospecting to closing and after-sale follow-up.
* Desire to build your own business in a positive way in all environments, developing new client leads, and building business opportunities through referrals.
* Ability to manage and solve problems.

#### Working Conditions:

* Local travel between client homes and showroom.
* Working some weekend days is required.
