Job Description

FV Flooring Ltd. is seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing resilient floor coverings, preparing flooring plans and scheduling, and estimating costs and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Measure, cut and install resilient floor coverings
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Conduct moisture, pH, temperature and other tests prior to flooring installations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Physically demanding
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Judgement
  • Organized
Work Conditions

This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
