Station Supervisor

As a Station Supervisor with Air Creebec inc., you will be responsible for leading a team that provides exceptional ramp, fueling, and janitor services at our base. You will work closely with the Special Projects Manager to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise staff and oversee operational aspects of planning, assigning, reporting, and evaluating to ensure efficient flights and on-time performance.
- Support corporate SMS programs and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Provide safe, secure, and efficient flights, prioritizing customer service and safety.
- Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, effective communication, and a leadership coaching approach.
- Manage tasks, prioritize timelines, and respect due dates.
- Certificate or diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in cargo/ramp, supervisory, and aviation is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office suite and bilingualism (English and French).
- Driver's license is required.
