About the Role

As a Station Supervisor at Air Creebec inc., you will be under the supervision of the Special Projects Manager and will be responsible for leading a crew that provides ramp, fueling, and janitor services at the respective base. Your mission will be to supervise the staff and oversee the operational aspects of planning, assigning, reporting, and evaluating to ensure a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of ramp, fueling, and janitor staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Plan, assign, and evaluate tasks to meet operational requirements and deadlines
  • Monitor and report on operational performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Special Projects Manager to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Support corporate Safety Management System (SMS) programs and promote a safety-first culture
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure on-time performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma in a related field (e.g. aviation, operations management)
  • Experience in cargo/ramp, supervisory, and aviation is considered an asset
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Organized, independent, and meticulous, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Driver's license
  • Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills
