About the Role

As a Station Supervisor at Air Creebec inc., you will be responsible for leading a team that provides critical services at our bases. Your mission will be to oversee the operational aspects of planning, assigning, and evaluating tasks to ensure a high-quality service. You will also be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring safe, secure, and efficient flights with on-time performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff members
  • Plan, assign, and evaluate tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee the operational aspects of ramp, fueling, and janitor services
  • Ensure safe, secure, and efficient flights with on-time performance
  • Support corporate SMS programs and adhere to established policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Certificate or diploma in a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in cargo/ramp, supervisory, and aviation (considered an asset)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organized, independent, and meticulous with strong prioritization skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Driver's license
  • Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills
