Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to phone calls and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to other departments, including data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling and logistics
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or reception role
- Post-secondary education in office administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
