Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at the Natural Therapy Centre INC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
