As a Key Holder at icebreaker, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in executing daily business operations, customer engagement, and team coaching. This position requires a strong ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and profit results.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in executing daily business operations, including customer engagement, store operations, and team coaching.
- Supervise store staff and ensure the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are achieved.
- Contribute to fostering a positive work environment that ensures both internal and external customer satisfaction while maximizing productivity and profitability.
- 1+ years of related professional/retail experience preferred.
- Able to meet business goals by driving results through store teams.
- Proven communication skills and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
