Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at Husky. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and provide guidance on sales strategies.
  • Hire and train staff, or arrange for training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage inventory levels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
