Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BC Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure smooth store operations.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed attractively.
