Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage client records, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain office supplies, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: MS Office, Social Media, Electronic mail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment:

Our salon is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Salon Receptionist, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.
