**Controller Position at TorontoJobs Recruitment Division**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team at TorontoJobs Recruitment Division. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing fund and corporate audits, ensuring compliance with various regulations, and analyzing financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fund and corporate audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and validate financial data, including reviewing and creating spreadsheets.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial entries and monthly reporting.
  • Oversee the Funds' weekly and monthly NAVs, ensuring accurate transactional activity.
  • Support the compliance regime, including updating the Compliance Manual and regulatory reporting.
  • Participate in additional tasks and assist the Management Team as required.

Qualifications:

  • CPA, CA designation preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and an understanding of QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
