The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Temporary Team Associate to join our team and support our Retail Service Representatives. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise Mattel/Fisher Price products on the shelf
  • Build displays and implement Point of Purchase materials
  • Ensure planogram compliance and provide customer service
  • Participate in special projects and conduct in-store demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to learn quickly
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Preferred device requirement: up-to-date smartphone and/or computer to access Mattel's systems
  • Have access to a vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Physical requirements: climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Consumer product industry or retail experience
  • Computer skills and previous Mattel experience
