Job Title: Visual Merchandising Associate (Full Time)

Location: UNIQLO Sherway Gardens

Reporting to: Area Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Overview

The Full Time Visual Merchandising Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of visual presentations within the store.

This includes styling, props, and displays that engage customers, generate excitement, inspire, and attract customers, while communicating UNIQLO LIFEWEAR.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO's values, mission, and vision.
  2. Meet and exceed sales expectations.
  3. Remain knowledgeable with the company's brand, products, and current store promotions and/or advertisements.
  4. Understand, respect, and follow company's code of conduct.
  5. Execute any Corporate-related material regarding Styling of Mannequins within store in line with UNIQLO Guidelines.
  6. Ensure all VM related props, materials, and store environment is aligned with UNIQLO standard and expectation.
  7. Maintain and manage Visual Stockroom Organization.
  8. Follow proper procedure regarding stock management utilized within Visual presentations.
  9. Correctly install any marketing assets necessary to maintain a good Visual presentation of the store.

Desired Skills and Experiences

  1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience within visual retail sector.
  2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  3. Strong communication skill.
  4. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include evenings and weekends.
  5. Solution-oriented.
  6. Have an interest in fashion and the latest fashion trends.
  7. Able to lift a load of at least 20lbs (mannequins and other).
  8. Self-driven.
  9. Autonomous.
