Captain Pizza Food Counter Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Captain Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter, dishroom, and surrounding areas.
  • Operate dishwashers, wash and sanitize dishes, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Restock supplies, receive and store inventory, and maintain a well-organized storage area.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
