Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Renodiz Flooring &Design Centre Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, recruiting and hiring workers, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to estimate costs and materials.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Prepare sketches and models to communicate project ideas.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CADD and other computer software systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
  • Reliability and team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tasks.
  • Use steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles as required.
Personal Suitability:
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and team player.
Security and Safety:
  • Criminal record check required.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of CADD and other computer software systems.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tasks.
