Job Title: Specialized Purchasing Call Center Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialized Purchasing Call Center Agent to join our team at AIM Kenny U-Pull. As a key member of our call center team, you will play a vital role in purchasing vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Take the time to understand the specific needs of our customers and offer personalized solutions
  • Negotiate and conclude the purchase of cars, keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on pending requests and individual customers
Requirements:
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to navigate between different computer systems and applications
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in the automotive field
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Call center experience (a major asset)
